Thirteen very different images I photographed in the south of France came together to represent universal human themes through a relationship between the visuals and their titles. The grouping evolved the day after one of my cameras disappeared into thin air, likely by a young male gypsy with the ability to open and close the backpack I was wearing. The Sud de France collection represents my personal statement of turning a negative situation into a positive one.

"They may have taken my camera but they didn't take my eye or my humanity."
